Two-part docking system
How the TriLift works.
The vehicle carries the powered lift; the mobility device carries a custom docking bracket. Correct professional matching is essential.
- Install the lift. The lift post mounts in the vehicle’s compatible receiver hitch and connects to vehicle power.
- Fit the device bracket. A female triangular docking channel bolts securely to the scooter or powerchair frame, usually using U-bolts or clamps.
- Lower the lift head. Press the down switch until the male triangular head rests close to the ground.
- Align the mobility device. Position the device so its docking bracket sits directly above the lift head.
- Raise and lock. Press up; the lift captures the bracket, raises the device and locks it into the transport position.
